This may sound like a term that just us dancers may use, but I urge everyone to have a think about it. Whether you are an artist, a cook or a dancer, to be in a flow state will extend our powers of creativity.

To be able to be in a flow state in life can bring us more into the moment, and we can be more present with what we are doing, or who we are spending our time with.
